Mindful Consulting is a collaborative experience aimed to help leaders create, implement or evaluate mission driven projects. Mayah is committed to empowering and equipping leaders to serve their communities with strategy, empathy and care.

Clients are often seeking how to lead meaningful and sustainable change while maintaining their own mental, physical and spiritual wellness.

This work focuses on discovery, vision, mindset and fostering safe and healthy communities.

Sessions are reflective and I encourage affirmation, gratitude and laughter. This work is not easy, but it is necessary and oh-so rewarding.
